Some insurance plans require pre-authorization before you may be seen. We will help verify insurance benefits and discuss your available coverage prior to your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage and to accept financial responsibility.

Late cancellation rules and regulations

Late cancellation of appointments and failure to show up for your appointment can not be billed to your insurance company and you may be held responsible for the appointment unless you provide a 24-hour notice of your cancellation.
